It's the fabulous 50s - 60s Dance Party of the year! This event is co-hosted by RCL Br. 6 and the Bruce Grey Music Hall of Fame. The band returns to the Owen Sound Legion Auditorium performing from 2:00pm to 5:00pm. Doors open at 1:00pm. There is a light luncheon-snacks available, served by the Ladies Auxiliary Br. 6. The band has been invited to perform at Benares Historic House, 1507 Clarkson Rd. N. in Mississauga from 7:00pm to 8:30pm. This series of free outdoor concerts on Friday evenings is organized by Friends of the Museums of Mississauga. Donations generated through the concerts go to support the artists as well the busing programmes so the children, youth and adults may enjoy the benefits of the Museums. Light refreshments are available for cash only. Bring your blankets and lawn chairs. A cash only collection is taken at intermission and the suggested donation is $10 per person. This Festival is to celebrate the Town of Flinton and the 50th Anniversary of the Flinton Rec Club from 11:00am to 4:00pm. Music to Remember | Saturday November 7, 2026
This successful event returns to Le Tréport Wedding and Convention Centre,1075 Queensway East in Mississauga. Only 400 tickets will be sold and 180 tickets are already spoken for! We return to the large Trillium Ballroom with a large dance floor! It is just east of Cawthra Road, on the north side. It will be the George Lake BIG Band and Little Peter and the Elegants returning to bring you terrific music from many decades. Visit their website at www.georgelakebigband.com. Lots of free parking around Le Tréport and easy access through the front door, including an accessibility ramp. Doors will open at 4:30pm, with reserved seating, 8-10 chairs per table, and spring water in your glasses. The hot buffet, using three buffet lines, will start at 5:30pm and will offer salmon, grilled chicken with mushrooms, Eggplant Parmigiana, pasta with Alfredo sauce, rice, vegetables plus salads. A variety of pastries will be placed on each table. Two bars will be set up and you first buy drink tickets using cash, debit or credit cards. A cash machine is in the lobby. Live music from 7:00pm to 11:00pm with the two bands alternating sets, using two stage areas. Tickets are $70.00/person, reduced to $65.00/person until March 15 2026. 2nd Annual Winter Wonderland at the Port Credit Legion | Saturday

Join us for an inspiring event filled with holiday cheer as we raise money to support rescue animals and the Mississauga Humane Society. We will be upstairs at the Port Credit Legion, 35 Front St. N. The doors open at 6:45pm and the event runs from 7:00pm to 10:00pm. There will be a dinner buffet, similar to last year. Includes an on-line silent auction with amazing prizes, such as hotel stays, gift baskets, boat cruises and restaurant gift cards. Also a cash bar, door prizes, photo booth, vendors and a kids corner. Tickets are $50.00/person and that includes the dinner buffet and one drink.
